With the Your Favourites Mystery Scoop, you can leave us a note describing your favourite collections, characters, colours and product styles. We will then use your preferences as a guide when selecting surprises from across Oziko’s current range.

Your scoop may include a mixture of kawaii products, Sanrio goodies, anime merchandise, stationery, keychains, pins, stickers, notebooks, pencil cases, accessories, plush items and other surprises.

This option is perfect for customers who enjoy several different themes or would like a more personalised mix while still keeping the excitement of a genuine Mystery Scoop.

We will do our best to create a selection inspired by your favourites. However, individual characters, colours, franchises and specific products cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the stock available when your order is packed.

Your order will remain a genuine mystery, and products will be chosen from Oziko’s current stock.

You may also request a video of your Mystery Scoop being drawn and packed.

Simply leave a note at checkout saying that you would like a packing video. Videos are subject to availability and may be shared on Oziko’s social media pages.

How Mystery Scoops Work

Each Mystery Ball contains a note revealing the product or products selected for your order.

Some balls may reveal one larger or higher-value product, while others may reveal several smaller products. This is why the total number of products can vary between scoops.

The Mystery Balls are used during the drawing and packing process and are not included with your order.

The total retail value of the products will meet or exceed the scoop price.
