Shipping Information

Oziko dispatches orders within two business days using Australia Post.
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150.

While Oziko is not liable for loss or damage that may occur during transit, we will gladly assist by contacting Australia Post on your behalf to help resolve any delivery issues. In certain circumstances, we may be able to replace damaged and/or lost items.

All delivery timeframes are estimates based on Australia Post’s shipping terms and conditions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at oziko@oziko.com.au and we will be happy to assist.

International Shipping

PLEASE BE ADVISED WE HAVE CURRENTLY CLOSED OFF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. As a registered business, Oziko is unable to mark international shipments as gifts; all parcels are declared as merchandise.

For international orders, any import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Oziko does not cover these charges. If you are unsure about your country’s import regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order.

If a parcel is returned to Oziko due to unpaid import fees, refused delivery, or other charges imposed by the destination country, a refund will be issued once the parcel is received back at the Oziko warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently ship to the following countries:
Canada, Japan, USA, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Monaco, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia.

If your country is not listed, unfortunately we are unable to ship there due to delivery restrictions.
