Character Requests

You are welcome to leave a note at checkout with your favourite Sanrio characters or colours. This may include characters such as Hello Kitty, Kuromi, My Melody, Cinnamoroll or Pompompurin.

We will do our best to consider your preferences, but individual characters and products cannot be guaranteed. Your selection will depend on the Sanrio stock available at the time your order is packed.

You may also request a video of your Mystery Scoop being drawn and packed. Leave a note at checkout saying that you would like a packing video. Videos are subject to availability and may be shared on Oziko’s social media pages.

How Mystery Scoops Work

Each Mystery Ball contains a note revealing the product or products selected for your order. Some draws reveal one higher-value product, while others may reveal several smaller products.

The balls are used during the drawing and packing process and are not included with your purchase.

The total retail value of the products will meet or exceed the scoop price.
