Your scoop may include stationery, keychains, pins, stickers, notebooks, pencil cases, accessories, plush items and other kawaii surprises. Some Mystery Ball draws reveal one larger product, while others may reveal several smaller products, so the total number of items can vary.

You are welcome to leave a note at checkout with any characters, colours or styles you enjoy. We will do our best to consider your preferences when selecting your products, but requests cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the stock available.

You may also request a video of your Mystery Scoop being drawn and packed. Simply leave a note at checkout saying that you would like a packing video. Videos are subject to availability and may be shared on Oziko’s social media pages.

How Mystery Scoops Work

Each Mystery Ball contains a note revealing the product or products selected for your order. The balls are used during the drawing and packing process and are not included with your purchase.

The total retail value of the products will meet or exceed the scoop price.
