Anime and Character Requests

You are welcome to leave a note at checkout with anime series, characters or colours you enjoy.

We will do our best to use your preferences as a guide, but specific anime series, characters and products cannot be guaranteed. Your Mystery Scoop will be selected from the anime stock available when your order is packed.

You may also request a video of your Mystery Scoop being drawn and packed. Leave a note at checkout saying that you would like a packing video. Videos are subject to availability and may be shared on Oziko’s social media pages.

How Mystery Scoops Work

Each Mystery Ball contains a note revealing the product or products selected for your order. Some balls reveal one larger or higher-value item, while others reveal multiple smaller products.

The balls are used during the drawing and packing process and are not included with your purchase.

The total retail value of the products will meet or exceed the scoop price.
